Our wellbeing toolkit has been designed for youth workers to use regardless of your own experience or training around mental health and wellbeing.

If you would like to find out more about mental health, or do some research into any of the symptoms your young people might be experiencing, then check out these websites that have a wealth of information and resources:

Rethink Mental Illness
Rethink Mental Illness helps millions of people affected by mental illness by challenging attitudes, changing lives.

Young Minds
YoungMinds is the UK’s leading charity committed to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. Driven by their experiences they campaign, research and influence policy and practice

The NHS has some useful information around wellbeing too.

The Samaritans provide 24-hour listening support that your young people can use any time they like, in their own way, off the record.
